Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

We ship within 48 hours on all in-stock products only in the US.  Customer pays all shipping costs.

Returns

We accept returns in their original packaging within 7 days of product purchase with like kind or

price.  All items are checked when purchased for any damage or breakage.  There will be no 

store credit.

Housekeeping

Crafters - Please keep your crafting area clean at all times (table and garbage can) in consideration

of the other crafters.  If you keep food in the Fridge, please put your name on it.  All drinks are $50

each.  

Payments

Theme Crops, Classes and Retreats - everyone MUST RSVP for your spot on the Event and 

payment must be made in advance.  If you cannot make it, you will need to find a replacement

for your spot.  There is a 10-day cancellation policy.  Payments can be made in the store, by check

or call with credit card.  All PayPal payments will be a $2 added for the fee.

Regular Craft Days - you must notify the shop if you are coming to make sure there is a spot for you,

as we might be holding a class.  You can make payment when you arrive.
